You can order from our pricing page before you have an account, or from Order Services in the portal once you're signed in. Either way the steps are the same.
1. Choose a plan
Each product (NGO Portal, News Portal and others) has several plans. Compare what's included — for example member limits or features — and click Order on the one that fits. You can always upgrade later.
2. Choose your site address
For website products you pick a free address on our domain — just choose the name part, such as yourname. On plans that allow it, you can use your own domain instead (for example yourngo.org) — see our article on domains.
3. Apply a coupon (optional)
Have a coupon code? Enter it at checkout to see the discount before you pay.
4. Pay and you're done
After payment your site is set up automatically, usually within a few minutes, and it appears under My Services.
About the free plan
Our free plan is meant to let you try the product, so it can be taken once per customer. If you've already used it, the plan shows Already used — choose a paid plan, or upgrade your existing free site from its Change Plan page.
