Welcome to Niviyo! Your customer portal is the one place to manage everything you buy from us. Sign in at billing.niviyo.com with the email and password you registered with (or with Google, if you signed up that way).
What you'll find in the portal
- Dashboard — a summary of your active services, anything due for payment, and recent activity.
- My Services — every website or service you own. Click Details to see its plan, renewal date and options, or Admin Login to open your site's admin panel.
- Order Services — browse plans and order something new.
- Billing — your invoices, payment history and saved payment methods.
- Support — open a ticket and talk to our team.
- Your name (top right) — your profile, password, two-factor authentication, organization details and notification settings.
Your first three steps
- Check your organization details (name, address, GSTIN) so your invoices are correct.
- Turn on two-factor authentication to protect your account.
- Open My Services and click Admin Login to start building your site.
