Your NGO or News website has its own admin panel where you add content, members, articles and so on. You don't need a separate password for it — you go in from the billing portal.
How to log in
- Sign in to the billing portal.
- Go to My Services.
- Click Admin Login next to your site. Your admin panel opens in a new tab, already signed in.
You'll find the same Admin Login button on the service's Details page.
Why don't I see the button?
- The service isn't active yet — a new order is still being set up, or the service is suspended for an unpaid invoice.
- It isn't a website — services like Setup Assistance or domain registration don't have an admin panel, so they only show Details.
If the button is there but doesn't work, open a support ticket and tell us which site it is.
