How quickly does my service go live after payment?
Within minutes. After payment is confirmed, our system automatically creates your portal, configures the database, and sends your login credentials by email. No manual steps required on your part.
Do I need to install anything?
No. All NiViYo products are fully cloud-hosted. You access your portal through a web browser. For the RSS WordPress plugin, you install a single WP plugin from within your WordPress admin — that's all.
Can I manage multiple products from one account?
Yes. One Niviyo Tech account covers all products. Once logged in, you can access your NGO portal, News CMS, and RSS feeds with the same login — no separate passwords.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All payments are processed securely and a GST-compliant invoice is emailed to you instantly.
Can I cancel or upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription from the customer portal at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period.
Is my data isolated from other customers?
Yes. Each portal runs on a dedicated database. Your data is never shared with or visible to other customers — complete isolation is guaranteed.
What happens if I don't renew?
Your service is suspended after a grace period. Your data is retained for 30 days after suspension. You can reactivate at any time during that window by paying the renewal invoice.
