As a reporter, you have your own login separate from the main admin panel. From your Reporter Dashboard you can draft, submit, and track the status of your articles.
Submitted articles go to an editor for review before they're published — you'll see the outcome (approved, rejected with a reason, or still pending) right on your dashboard.
